It’s all the rage to use homemade foods and all the good homegrown ingredients one can find. After stressing about whether or not I am failing as a mom by giving my kid some frozen food once in a while, I found a few key staples to keep in the house that always provide a good meal. Here’s what I keep around. Hopefully it will give some fresh inspiration to meal planning for your own little one!
- Black beans
- Butternut squash fries or cubes
- Ezekiel Bread Peanut butter & “Jelly”( mash up some fresh raspberries for jelly)
- Bell & Evans Chicken Tenders
- Baby Oranges or other fruit cups
- Hummus
- Whole grain crackers
- Cucumbers
- Oatmeal
